★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive gotten a chicken burger with cheese without lettuce or mayo twice now and ive been disappointed both times now. Both times it hasnt came with cheese and the second time its came with mayo on it, the bread buns are always soggy and the burger is usually lukewarm. Disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check your order customers! Too many times I've been given my order with something missing. I'm extra peeved off this time because 2 items were missing! Get your act together and stop ripping off your customers Burger King. I get you're short staffed but no excuses for missing items off an order list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time i do the drive in order. They always get it wrong. So one day i had to go in and order. Thats not cool. I love burger king just wish they get my order right. If anyone else get fustrated when you get the wrong order give me a holla. Other than that no worries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Burger King ever. You have to wait so long in the drive thru. People actually start driving over the curb to get out of the queue because that's how long the delay is. Also, the customer service isn't the best. The managers are quite rude too. I would recommend going to Pukekohe McDonald's for quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today's visit the staff forgot an item on the order, went back through the drive-thru and they gave us the missing item and their apologies, good service. My only complaint is when I got home my Hawaiian BK Chicken Burger was sloppy and poorly put together, otherwise great service and a lovely meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always great. However it's always a super long wait there and you're left wondering what's going on until you get your food. Staff are alright, although once last year i complained about the watery hot chocolate and they said that's just how they are. Why the hell would you want a watery hot chocolate? Whoever trained you guys to make them like this should burn. Anyway, so far they have never forgotten any part of my meal. Great job guys, just stop making watery drinks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have the longest queues in town...probably because food is most affordable but amount of staff to execute orders, let people down waiting for 20 to 25min at a time. With the amount of people to serve, cashiers and everyone else jump in everywhere to try and cope. And then food is cold...!
