★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older staff members should be able to approve alcohol. It was busy at lotto and I waited 7mins for approval. There was quite a que behind me that I had to keep apologising to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An attractive supermarket with good variety and some reasonable pricing however that's where it stops. Customer service is terrible. The checkout operation is so bad I nearly walked out. The staff are slow , sour and literally throwing the groceries at me to pack. I had to put most of my frozen's back as they were thawing out due to checkout slowness. To add insult I was overcharged. I've been in business all my life and I would not employ any of them. In fact I could do their job better untrained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for being so poor in keeping your shelves stocked as it forced me to go to Pak 'n' Save just down the road where all the shelves were full and the prices were cheaper.
You had plenty of Easter Eggs boxed up and sitting above the shelves...you may want to change your priorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good selection. Annoying when there is only 1 person available to approve alcohol and they are serving all the lotto people. There is no chance I would be taken as under 50. Maybe older staff could given authority to approve.

They promote a pricing freeze, but the prices have been raised prior to cover this.
I have now gone back to Pack and Save for the bulk of my shopping.
Nice store losing customers with greed.
