★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope your order is simple because the staff won't listen, and if they do happen to hear your order right, they'll still make it wrong.
They'll forget the extra sauce you ask for and paid for, they'll accept your coupon codes and not add the items to the menu, they'll give you 6 nuggets when you order and pay for 10, and the list goes on.
Go to McDonald's on Marshland Rd instead. Worth the extra drive for a correct order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst burger kings. So often they get orders wrong. Ask for extra lettuce, get no lettuce.
Or they forget xtra burgers ordered.
One time my chips were given to me as a couple loose cold chips and some cold hash bites all thrown together.

p.s. why no nugget burger in NZ? Three nugs on barbecue sauc little mayo on top, in a hamburger bun; cheap and tasty. I made heaps in Germany. You BK execs are missing out on profits bro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst fast chain restaurant in the country. Annoyingly on the bus route and we don’t live near another - so we still come here from time to time - you’d think I’d learn my lesson (but you’d also think they would’ve improved by now too so…)
I’ve only ever seen two employees here actually look like they’re doing anything - everyone else just moves burgers around while they stare at the screen or dawdles around in painful circles.
It’s always sloppily made. Cold. Old. The restaurant is filthy. The refill drink station always tastes like soda water. The staff are useless, and countless times have been rude. App never works (standard BK issue tho). The WiFi rarely works. They never get my order right (it’s not that hard).
It’s appalling. I complained to HQ (or whatever) once - they did nothing to remedy the situation except tell me they’ll “have a talk” to them. Clearly they haven’t otherwise it wouldn’t still be in this abysmal state.
Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.
