★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in Wellington and the burger king's there are awful. So nice to have fresh, delicious burgers for once. Best burger king we've had in years. Staff were so happy and smiley too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but crickey Sonny Jim's, please get the customers orders correct. Has a bad rep (or used to) in whanganui for being a bit filthy inside but I haven't personally seen this. However I have experienced muddled up orders. Apart from that 95% of the staff greet you with a smile and sound positive and seem happy....??

However lady that served us was lovely and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this branch, wasn't pleased with the service here, staff kept going back and forth for orders that were already been placed with customers ahead in the queue, then my order had missing items and I had to stand aside to speak to the staff to get everything, even thou they were aware that the missing items from my order was sitting aside. Tables weren't cleaned regularly between customers leaving and the floor was slippery and felt oily. One branch I would not visit in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got made to wait 7 minutes at the front counter (only one there) while seeing the manager walk around wearing no mask and then finally someone comes to me rude as at the counter snapping saying 'where's your vaccine pass?' Double standards right there. Plus the drink station had almost no syrup in it. And the restaurants tables and chairs felt sticky. Standards here are pretty sub-par. Here's hoping this goes towards some improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 5 minutes of standing at the counter before anyone even acknowledged me, and another 3 or so minutes before service. Then, a girl walked straight to a boy who had been there for 2 minutes, walking right past me and my children (who were well over waiting). She started by saying they didn't have enough staff so there would be a long wait, no apology for making me already wait. Thank goodness the food was fresh.
