I had ordered a click and collect meal. Two burger meals, I think I had a bacon burger?
Food was fantastic, I really enjoyed the chips but what shined the most for me was they had packed it really well for take away.
Would definitely return.

Our order (as many other people) took a bit longer, too many orders at the same time, I know they need more staff, but I am not here to complain, I just want to say that I appreciate their work to keep up with the orders. I am grateful you guys are motivated to work and provide us your delicious burgers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I came here for dinner and half way through her burger she found that her burger bun had mold in it, which is no big deal mold can grow quite fast especially on bread. We told the staff the issue and not only the person who took our order, but the chef and the rest of the staff came out to say sorry, gave us our money back and gave her a new burger. Immediately the staff went out and checked all the buns and checked all the other customers burgers which luckily didn't have the same issue. My partner had a voucher from 5 years ago for free chips and none of the staff even recognized the voucher but decided to give it to us anyways! You guys are absolutely awesome for dealing this issue in such a professional manner. This should be used as an example for how customer service should be done.
P.S. This happened a few months ago. Came in the other day and remembered to write this review xD. The burgers were delicious as always. Keep up the good work lads and ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken fenders were over cooked and really salty. No forks provided with meal, and no Chipotle as per the order. No serviettes. Kumara chips were dry and hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love kumara chips and of course our fave burgers. They used to be huge when we tried them since 2013, still love it. Had another visit to this place tonight, very impressive customer service by the only male staff, kudos, keep it up guys ?
