Do not recommend at all. I paid over $200 on getting a small scar removed & was given a treatment that not only didn’t work but made the scar worse. Was offered no sort of refund or anything. Save your money and choose another skin clinic.

I never review online. This is first time because I had really bad experience with CACI Botany Junction. Unprofessional staff. Always call in last mins to postpone my appointment. Postponed half an hour and postponed one week. And they always have excuses. Postpone appointment is not a big issue compare with their unprofessional conduct. Recommend photo rejuvenation in consultation, had once but no effect. Then other staff recommended collagen induction and said laser treatment is not recommend for Asian skin. Everyone need to beware to sign one year contact with CACI. I purchased rebuild package. CACI website says all rebuild and restructure package come with Home are kit. But when I asked Botany Junction, reception lady said not available in Botany Junction and the own (I think) replied in email said not all packages come with Home are kit. When sign the contact, the lady didn’t go through all the terms with me. Only pointed out how many treatments do I receive and payment details. My fault, I should read carefully before I sign. And they didn’t give a copy of contact. Unfair terms like: “it stated (3ii ) that you have a contractual obligation to complete payments, even if you choose to discontinue treatment. Point 7 states that at my discretion I may permit an early termination. The admin fee covers the cost involved in cancelling your program.” Their cancellation fee is $150. When I decided to cancel the contact, they didn’t give a former invoice only sent price list via email. they said the price i have been given is from franchise system. But I got price from other Auckland’s CACI store is different from theirs. Detaild information from other store are, 30mins photo rejuvenation for face is $350. 45mins is $500. My treatment only 20mins and Botany Junction ask for $500. $100 for 30 mins sonophoresis infusion, they charge $120. Their sonos and MDA have no effect. after sonos I feel like the glue on my face very sticky, not comfortable. MDA’s suction is not strong enough. And of course 20mins photo rejuvenation also has no effect. Warning all others do not go to CACI, especially Botany Junction branch. For this review I don’t even want to give 1 star, should be none star if there is an option.

I rung and left a message for a call back, your busy with appointments, that's ok. When i got a call back unfortunately i was in a public place and busy and could not talk so asked if they could call back at another time that suits between their appointments, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and quickly informed me that you are booked out (even though I'm looking for a few weeks away) and hung up. Clearly this business doesn't appreciate....actual business.

Just finished a year long Botox plan; lovely team who made appointments easy. Very professional, very friendly and lovely to deal with. The free facials that came with the plan were nothing short of heaven... easily the best facials I’ve ever had; so relaxing and enjoyable. Almost worth doing the plan for the facials alone ? definitely highly recommend this clinic and their lovely accommodating team. If you’re looking for somewhere professional and relaxing to go and spend a little time out for yourself you can’t go past this clinic.

I am so happy I read the reviews first, no way I'm making an appointment, no way, seems to me this place is not good , there are more negs than positives so for that reason I'm out

Staff is unattended towards work and they didn't check what customer book for, as I pay $140 for facial for one hour but instead get 30 minutes and try to patch up give 15 minutes back massage. Not recommend

They treat you with such respect and dignity. In fact, if they ever have a course open up in Manukau, I will definitely attend as I'd like to work here or another branch that treats their customers with such class. My treatment provider treated me with dignity and compassion.

Love the treatments and the care here. Melissa and the team have been super amazing. They are helping me me to achieve the results that I want and helping me to understand the processes around it. They have also been really flexible with all that is going on.
