★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food had no taste , flavor except extremely spicy and we had told to make medium. Their Indo Chinese dishes were terrible and we couldn't touch. We asked to make semi gravy and they made it extremely liquidly ,Manchurian balls and cheese pieces were floating in the gravies. That guy i think he’s Manager extremely rude. They don’t know how to talk you guys should close this restaurant. Extremely bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, I ordered two dosa and they told us that it will be spicy, Too much onions and it wasn't chopped properly. Both Dosa were not even hot, were as cold as ice. Customer service is really bad and the one on counter who took my order doesn’t even have ethics to talk decently with their customers. He was so rude and did poor service. Overall, it was worst experience, pity that it was first time I ordered there anything. Don’t go after name, though they’re “dosa plaza” but it’s not upto taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place on Monday evening for dinner with our family, very pathetic service by the manage. We request the food to be spicy/ hot but they gave us the mild food and upon asking him he was giving us an excuse rather than listening to us. All the time when I and my sister is having a conversation with him he didn’t even bother to listen us and just seeing other customers from that you can imagine how bad customer service they are providing while we are paying a lot for food which is not even an average food. The total food was waste and he was not even trying to pay attention to us he was just arguing with us on the name of franchisee because as per him the restaurant is under franchisee base and they can’t do custom food I mean we only ask to make food spicy/ hot there is no other customisation we asked for I mean I am a Chef and I know you can’t do changes on the food more but we only ask for spicy food which I guess 99% of Indian restaurants are doing it rest 1% is this Dosa plaza botany when they gave an excuse for not doing it.
Nothing much to say but good luck to the people who’ll be going there, I personally did not recommend or visit again. They have no sense of customer service but having a very great attitude ? also didn’t offer any discount or anything as a manager just taken my number and ask me to wait for 48 hours to get a call from someone I don’t know whom ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by manager or the gentleman who was on the service desk showing very busy and was just standing on the counter and kind of no customer service etiquettes. People who served food not welcoming and I can understand if the lead person is showing no warmth to customers then how would the staff know. They should learn customer service for sure.
Food was average too. Food was served before and plates were late and staff just put plates on table in a way that we should be grateful that they are serving food to us.. Cant call either food or service extra ordinary. And if you want to order again, they ask you very rudely to fill the list again.
I hope they improve their customer service.

Really good food when dining in. Full of flavour and authentic Indian taste. We have tried almost everything and apart from pasta, everything is good.
