Caci Mt Eden - Mount Eden

Had an excellent experience getting Botox for the first time. Staff were friendly and understood what result I wanted to achieve. I will keep coming back here.

Honestly do not go to this clinic. I had clear skin before I came to this place, I have had clear skin for the last 5 years with the odd small pimple once every couple of months. After going here, I came out with the worst skin of my whole life! I had a reaction to their treatments in which they did NOT follow procedures, and they tried to cover up this up. The reason why I wanted to go here in the first place was because I have acne scars on my cheeks from pimples I had 5 years ago. I came in wanting to get microneedling to clear my scars, I was recommended 5 microneedling sessions. I was scheduled for my first needling session, but it's recommended that you have a facial done prior. I didn't know what facial I getting, all I knew it was with a beautician named Kate. Kate was extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional, she didn't say hi to me when I walked in, even when I said hi she just looked at me and took me straight to the room for the facial. I waited whilst she was getting everything ready for the facial, she was rushing around and was dropping things on the floor every few seconds. Then when it came to the facial itself she was extremely aggressive on my face. She then put this solution on my face, which burnt my skin so badly I had to ask her to remove it after only applying it on my skin for a few seconds. I asked her what it was, she said it was a chemical peel. Three days later was my microneedling, the nurse was nice and I had no issues with that treatment itself. Then, 7 days after the peel and 10 days after the microneedling, my cheeks began to break out severely. These pimples would flare up and down across the next 8 weeks in the same spots, which I soon began to believe this was in fact my skin purging as a result to the peel following some extensive research online, which I found peels are common for causing purges, and that people should wait at least two weeks before getting microneedling done after a peel. I also read purges last around 6 weeks, in which mine lasted 8 weeks. I expressed my concerns to Tracy the store owner, I even told her how I had the microneedling done 3 days after the peel, she didn't seem bothered at all and tried to blame it on everything that was not related to Caci's procedures and tried to blame it on my hormones, my own skin routine, exercise and diet etc, in which I said I have had the same routine, diet etc for the last 5 years, and my hormones are normal as I've been on the same pill for the last 7 years. She wouldn't listen to me, and pushed me to the doctors to see if it is hormonal acne. I also asked her about the first needling session being two months ago and whether this would affect final results as apparently you are meant to repeat sessions every 5-6 weeks to get optimal results, Tracy said it won't affect the results and she reckons it is actually better to wait longer to get optimal results, stating that once every 6 months is "better". I then went to the doctors and wasted $60 to check if the acne was hormonal, in which I knew they would say this, but the doctors said it is not hormonal. I told Tracy this and she then starts saying stuff like I think it's best if we don't progress with you anymore, despite me paying hundreds of dollars for the 5 microneedling to fix my scars but only ever got 1 that made no change to my scars, and in fact made my skin much worse. Mt Eden has damaged my skin and they are unwilling to fix what they have caused. I then also spoke to several other Caci clinics about my experience with Mt Eden and when I told them that Mt Eden performed the needling 3 days after the peel they all gasped and all told me it is in their guidelines to wait at least one week inbetween the two as your skin is still sensitive and healing. I also got told by other clinics that my first needling was a waste as you are meant to get needling once every 5-6 weeks for best results, which was the opposite of what Tracy told me. End of story - do not go here they lie about everything to you and make your skin much worse just to take all your money off you.

I've been going to Caci for around 4 years now and between the monthly treatments and the skincare regime recommended, the results have been beyond my expectations...so happy! Pigmentation cleared up, radiance of skin at an all-time-high, minimal skin changes or imbalance...such a treat. Go Caci! x

Just had my first ever visit to caci Mt Eden, And I was very impressed, great staff very professional & loved my treatment /massage. Would highly recommend this to everyone I know. Can't wait for my next visit

Caci has completely changed my skin, and educated me about the importance of looking it along the way. Caci therapists are hugely experienced, professional yet personable and passionate about your skincare journey. My skincare programme has been designed specially for me, and the use of suggested skincare products at home has definitely been the key to success. I 100% credit Caci for my skin, and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to look after their skin!

Had my first facial with Devon, she was amazing! Really clear with what she was doing, my skin left glowing! Highly recommend the treatments they offer here. Unfortunately my experience was ruined by the treatment coordinator. She was very judgemental and patronising with my current skin care when I told her I was seeing results and happy with the products I was using. She asked for my age and made comments about getting away with good skin because of my age when she realised she couldn’t sell their products.

My sister and I have been coming here for over a year and I've noticed the staff are constantly changing and I feel my treatments lately are being impacted by that. I've had about 4 different girls for treatments in the last 6 months all but Devan are gone, I had a consultation with a girl about micro needling a month ago who I've been told is gone. I don't feel my appointments are being managed properly with all the changes.

I had a great initial consultation and hydradermabrasion facial. I felt pampered but also my skin was glowing and hydrated. The therapist Julia was knowledgeable and easy to have good chat with. I will definitely be back. Plenty of on-site parking for customers. Lovely spacious clinic.
