I had 12 sessions of IPL hair removal altogether. I have to say that treatment was a little rough and so as result. (Some parts were beautifully done and others were not) Very sadly, I was not feeling comfortable how Sohelia talked to me. When I was feeling quite a pain even after applied 'nambing' cream, she was quite impatient and 'this is your fault' attitude. Also when I knocked the door before the session (because of she asked me to do that another time), then she responded to me like "Wait a minute please!" with a most unpleasant, unhappy tone and "don't you have any patient to wait!?" attitude. She was not good at manage and count the total number of the sessions. Because of she forgot to count the sessions I have cancelled earlier, I had to explain when I came and didn't for one by one. I was very relieved when I've finished whole sessions with 'ok' result. I don't want this nervous and painful experience again...

Finished 12 sessions of IPL, and it was okay, there were still hairs on my left underarm (compared to the right). For the past sessions, I noticed Soheila is not really detailed/meticulous with her treatments as she missed to cover some of the areas of the underarm. She also has an intimidating personality, still lacking customer service- I can feel I cannot request her to cover areas she missed in my underarms. I think she must have asked "Was it okay?" or "How was it?"

I've just come back from my laser treatment from a different clinic, and it reminded me of how atrocious this experience was. I'm not one to write reviews, but this one is worth a mention. Of the list of offenses: 1. I booked my first session through their online booking system, and called to ask if the first session would be a consult, or actual treatment. Soheila confirmed it would be treatment - it turned out to be a consult. We proceeded to book my second session together on her computer. 2. I called the morning of my first 'treatment' appointment to confirm the time, only to be told that I didn't have an appointment that day. She had somehow "lost" my appointment, and we managed to reschedule for the same day. Not a single apology, only "this couldn't have happened". Soheila proceeded to complain about this for the rest of the appointment. 3. As other reviewers have mentioned, Soheila isn't very good at (or, apparently, makes no effort to) keep track of the number of sessions. Cancelled sessions, or sessions where some areas were covered, but others weren't (at her suggestion) counted towards my total number of sessions until I reminded her. And of course, her reaction to my reminder came across as.. distain? Disapproval? Yes, it is apparently the client's job to keep track of sessions for the business. Might I suggest a clip card system for the future? 4. Soheila had injured her arm, and decided to wait until I made the effort to come into the clinic to tell me it hurt too much to laser certain areas. When I informed her that she should've told me about this ahead of time, and that this is really poor customer service, she begrudgingly performed the treatments, whilst proceeding to complain about it the entire time. All of the above is to say nothing of her unsubtle ability to make you feel like everything is your fault, poor bedside manner, and virtually non-existant book-keeping skills (where it suited her). I do hope she has had time to reflect and improve since my (traumatising) experience with her, though judging by more recent reviews, it might appear very little has changed.

In May i started my 3 Micro needling Sessions with Soheila with the Princess Rich fillers. My skin texture has changed and i can visibly see changes to pigmentation and aging. Well worth it. Soheila was great at reassuring me through the process.

I bought a Groupon voucher for 6 IPL sessions and she sold me another package deal from her on the first visit for other areas. To be honest I felt I little pushed to buy it because she kept saying that I really needed it (the whole session). I didn't think I really needed it but made me feel bad. I've done only 4 sessions of the Groupon deal and 3 of the other package deal and they haven't been consistent appointments. Soheila said that the treatment is effective with 6-8 weeks time between sessions and she cancelled 2 of my appointments and postponed them. One of them was even 11 weeks in between sessions!! I said to her that the treatment wasn't going to be effective if I do 11 weeks in between and she said it was fine. Really??? The results I've seen so far are terrible. Super patchy. Especially my underarms, one side has almost all the hair and the other side has a couple of bald patches. She is not meticulous at all. She also makes me feel very unwelcome every time I go she is so rude! That made me not wanting to go anymore but I still went just because I already paid the treatment. I always get the last appointment of the day and I feel she rushes it so she can leave soon and pick her daughter up to go home together (I know that because she mentioned it in one of the appointments). I don't think she is a good professional. I have to count the sessions myself because she loses track of them. And she keeps complaining about me not remembering the whole time. She cancelled the last appointment before lockdown and rebooked for a day that we were in lockdown so she had to cancel again. It's been 2 months after lockdown and she hasn't contacted me yet to rebook. She is fast cancelling but not rebooking (I believe she does not care because it's already paid). She gives the poorest service and she asks every single time I go to leave her a 5 star review. When I said that I needed to find my password because I lost it she told me that I had to find it and leave a review quickly in a very poor manner. Dont lose your time nor money. Her service is -5 star, I'm extremely unsatisfied in every aspect.

Cannot recommend the hyaluronic filler treatments more! I noticed a dramatic improvement almost immediately. If I could give 6 stars I would. ? do yourself a fav and contact soheila.
