β β β β β I have been a client of Ronitaβs for 10 years, she is the best therapist in town, as soon as she was in this country still in quarantine she managed to contact clients to book in for appointments and to do follow up checks. Such a professional approach.

β β β β β Ronita is one of the most professional eyebrow threader in New Zealand. Iβve been going to her since 2016 and I donβt let anyone else touch my eyebrows. After I get my eyebrows threaded, all my friends say they look drawn on because sheβs done such an amazing job. In fact, Iβve introduced her to one of my friend as well and she says she only lets Ronita touch her eyebrows when sheβs in Auckland. All of the awards and media recognition she gets is well deserved.
Around April 2021, I tried to reach Ronita to get my eyebrows threaded but she was stuck in lockdown in Fiji. She handled this situation very well such as communicating with her clients through her Facebook page and her website to explain the situation and let her clients know when she will be back in Auckland. She always kept us up to date regarding the Fiji lockdown even though she was unsure herself when the lockdown will be lifted. There was no way she could fly back to Auckland, as all the flights were cancelled. I remember emailing Ronita and she said sheβll get back to me once she has arrived in Auckland. Today was the first day sheβs back at work and threaded my eyebrows because Fiji is no longer in lockdown. Ronita was so happy to be back and see her clients again.
I highly recommend Ronita. She is a kind hearted and dedicated lady who loves what sheβs doing. She always compliments me on my perfume or the clothes I wear!

Ronita is amazing, she understands what your worry is and will suggest exactly what you need. So missed her for the last two months when she was stuck in Fiji due to the pandemic and I am so happy she is back and booming now.

β β β β β NEVER in My lifetime I thought I will get micro-blading done. I was so nervous, but I went ahead and did it and its definitely the best choice I have ever made. My first and best ever experience was only possible because of Ms Perfectionist and extremely professional Ronita. It was a pain free and seamless process as Ronita talked me through the process and explaining the after care. I have received so many compliments from family, friends and colleagues. I love my brows and Thankyou so much Ronita you are best. I travelled all the way from Fiji to get the best treatment at this clinic. Looking forward to revisit and get all pampered again. Highly recommend!!!!

β β β β β Bit shock that a tiny tube 5g Vitamin A&D ointment cream charged me for $10, maybe bcuz I had the deal on TreatMe. Also, you need to pay for the numbing cream yourself. It doesn't say these extra costs on the TreatMe deal. After 3 days microblading, the colour of the eyebrows are only 20% left, does not worth the price at all even with promotions. Very disappointed!

β β β β β I purchased a treat me voucher for the eyebrow Microblading/feathering, Ronita transformed my eyebrows to exactly how I wanted them, Iβve been to other beauticians who hack at my eyebrows and leave nothing left for me to work with until I came across Ronitaβs salon, She knew what I wanted and I Instantly loved my eyebrows when she shaped them before the microblading started. It was my first time getting this treatment done. She talked me through the process, the before and after care. Iβve received a lot of compliments with my eyebrows and Iβm very happy with the results that Iβll be returning for other treatments she offers as well. Highly recommended.
