★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this place! the food is delicious, definitely the best Kebabs in the Wellington & Greater Wellington regions. Staff are always friendly, easy to order online, no need for credit card BS, can pay at the counter after you order online which is quiet convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in on the way home to get some dinner at 20:25, the open sign was still on, walked about 4 steps into the shop and a worker yelled from behind the counter something muffled which we couldnt hear. On approaching the counter yelled are we a ph order, I informed her no as we have just walked in, She said they are taking no more orders, not wait till we were up at the counter.Bloody rude so we wont be going back, try learning customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at your Masterton store are absolutely fantastic! But your phone ordering system is a joke. Why am I being put through to a Phillipino call centre just to order a kebab from my local store? What's even more frustrating is I gave my order as clearly and articulately as anyone possibly could. THREE times. And she still had the had the nerve to repeat what I had already said 3 times to "confirm it"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here is OK, nothing more, and pricey. The atmosphere is totally lacking, and the staff range from indifferent to hostile. It's not helped by newly installed automatic ordering machines that reduce any interaction with the staff to zero. I won't be rushing back.
