Only one niggle is a croissant with crispy chicken was too difficult to eat. Too tough to cut. Too hard to hold for a bite because of too much sauce on it.

Only problem was there were some weird IT guys arguing over software behind us, obviously not the cafes fault so 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffees always on point as is the eggs Benny, fresh salmon and the hollandaise is really tasty without overpowering the flavour of everything else. Tried their bolognaise today too which was really a quite different twist which I enjoyed. Texture was perfect and balanced flavours. Good portions and price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking around the central city for breakfast and stumbled across Cafe Stir, and we were so happy we did. The staff were amazing and happily made little changes to their menu. The eggs bennie was wonderful and beautifully presented. Great service and awesome food.

No table service which I do understand, but we came in with that expectation so it made it a bit difficult to order with a larger group. Nice upstairs section - perfectly quaint for a nice lunch.
