★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started a small business in the food industry last year. I came across their website a lot as I was sourcing for supplies for my company. As I did my research I found out 3 things that turned me off.
1. They are generally more expensive than the same exact item for sale on other websites.
2. Their website and internet prescence is huge because they pay to be seen, where infact they have relatively small scale operations. - which makes sense as to why they do not have competitive prices.
3. If you do have any orders with them and need to return items, they charge a shocking 30% restocking fee. Meaning if you did need to return anything you would ultimately lose money to them.
Relatively poor value for money is what you would get, try Nisbets.co.nz for a more complete selection of products as well as competitive prices. We have managed to be given an account manager that takes care of us in all our restaurant/hospitality needs.
I wrote this review so that consumers can have a bit more awareness when choosing their suppliers.
