★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a pleasant experience. I bought a pair of Bata boots from Zip and unfortunately they came apart but not until quite awhile after the warranty had expired.
I walked into the store to see what a new pair would cost and to show them what had happened. Steve Davies ( manager) took some photos and emailed the supplier. A week later he mailed me to come collect my new boots. What fantastic service! They would have been well within their rights to just sell me a new pair. Thanks Steve and team.

Met Jeremy Allison who showed genuine interest in my plight and clearly understood the issue, especially as I required replacement vessels to be identical to the existing ones. He very kindly researched various options and steered me towards a solution. Very pleasing to deal with a professional.
