★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to get a beautiful birthday cake this year after seeing all the amazing photos on instagram and it did turn out stunning... but tasted so bad. The banana cake was dry, the salted caramel was barely there and the buttercream icing did not taste like white chocolate at all and was grainy and hard-not smooth like the ones I’m used to or make in my spare time. It was a shame because the cake looked wonderful and the service was really good but honestly, don’t think I would spend $130 again for a stale tasting cake ?

Our post here is constant with the other post from previous people from a year ago, tasteless, lack of chocolate, and no cherries!! we have given the owner constructive feedback on her cakes but she has obviously showed that she is unwilling to grow from these reviews, sad. Even with a 20% discount on our next purchase wouldn’t encourage us from buying another cake. We don’t recommend the ‘Black Forest cake’ if your willing to eat it. Beautifully made but should be called chocolate raspberry cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jackie and Cake & Co made us a delicious wedding cake! We had a two tier black forest, and plum, vanilla, & pistachio. We had a lot of die hard fans of gluten who remained blissfully unaware that they were actually eating a gluten free cake, as they chewed through and praised our beautiful wedding cake. Our cake tasting session and cutting demonstration were also super helpful, and we're really grateful for all the time and thought you put into getting our cake perfect.

Arrangements for a 1 year birthday cake shaped in the letters G was made possible and simple by the venue.
Attention to detail was on point and even in the day of pick up very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother got a cake here for my birthday. He managed to get an off-menu item, a Tres Leche cake. I managed to get it on the first guess since I could taste the condensed milk. It was a bit surprising to have a leaky cake when you cut into it though. The cake was quite nice with the three different layers visible in the cake. The cake was quite tasty and looked really nice.

The detail was exceptional (this cake was based around a packaging company) and it also tasted incredible (the icing was perfect, not sweet and sickly). 10/10. Will not go anywhere else for a cake. Also very helpful, warm, lovely staff. Bang on!
