★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude worker this morning. Filled my tank and went in for a coffee. I couldn't get the flat white machine to work. The worker made it seem like it was my fault for not having the milk hooked up correctly. It was before 8am. Should not the coffee be ready to go as it's self service? This was very poor on her behalf. Evil eyes at the counter to pay as well, telling me I wasted it. Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst experience for well over 60 years with the young shop assisstant at Caltex Blenheim. Bought a swap a gas bottle and some ice yesterday and thought then her attitude was below par to be serving the public. Today returned faulty gas bottle for a new one and was told no way as not returned yesterday has to be returned within 24 hours. Asked to speak to manager aid no asked for her name said no. Said had to buy new gas bottle. She rung her saying she was at same place were she lived. Then replaced bottle. RECOMMENDED SHE IS SENT FOR TRAINING ON HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS AND LEARNS ABOUT CONSUMER LAW AND RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling service by the young lady behind the counter. She was rude, aggressive and totally unhelpful to a simple problem over a swap a gas bottle which had a faulty valve. She needs upskilling really badly as she is not customer focused at all. Also needs to learn some manners as She has none.
