So so so slow! 2 cars in the drive thru, 2 customers inside and still took over 20 mins for order which was 1 combo! Seriously useless and the staff are seriously lacking training of customer service and general tidy appearance

Well priced freshly made. Nice staff who are friendly and make you feel welcome.

They seem to be very understaff, Burgers get burned regularly because its unattended. 18/10/2020 Gave them another chance today. And its worse. It can't be that difficult to cook a patty. Comon!!!!!

Clearly understaffed for peak service times - to their credit staff members were working to the best ability given their situation - This issue is frequent in bks all over New Zealand

Five stars for the poor souls enslaved here. Automation can't come fast enough. Free them from their bonds!!!

Fries have always been my go too at fast food outlets ,sadly burger king's portion sizes leave alot to be desired ....n it's gotta have that sprinkling of salt If you get the vegan alternative double check your order before you leave the driveway

Disgusted. I don't expect much from fast food, but I'd at least expect not to be served wilted & rotten lettuce. Not to mention the lukewarm chips. The drink was fizzy.... That's the only good thing I can think to say. Absolutely disgusting. The service wasn't much better either.

JUST A SIDE NOTE: This is my Own Opinion/s based on my Personal Experiences in Life and I certainly Do Not Speak nor Write my Reviews on behalf of Anyone else. If you the Reader of my Review/s choose not to visit this restaurant or another place I Review on then 'That is Completely Your/s the Individuals Choice and I Respectfully Will Not Be Held Accountable for Someone Else's Decisions Based Solely on My Reviews alone without Experiencing the Hotel/Cafè/Restaurant/Parks/Hiking Tracks etc of Your Own Volition... Cheers ?❤??? I Really want too give BK a 5 star rating unfortunately I just don't think you The Restaurants after 8pm Staff deserve it to be honest! The 3 previous visits I've had here in the past 4 months mainly via the Drive-Thru have been Extremely Disappointing to say the least! Not only have you gotten my Orders Wrong 'Every Time' as Spicey & Hot (As in Chilli) Foods do not agree with me at all and when I've Ordered a Plain Hamburger No Dressings No Extras in it just the Meat Patty and a Bun and again this has Proven to be wrong by the time I give it to my Elderly Mother who likes to enjoy the Odd Hot Plain Hamburger, You could imagine her Disappointment and the fact that I order it for a Reason' an that being my Mother is Allergic to 'Tomato Sauce and Pickles ??' And I'd say at approximation of %85 out of %100 Guaranteed almost always the Foods Luke Warm not Hot like it is supposed to be as I've had too Heat it once home and eventually cook dinner for my Mother. Which is absurd because we the Consumers pay good money for what 'We Think' we are receiving, Which is fresh good hot takeaway food including freshly cooked chips. . . It would be interesting to see, if there's any improvement on the Temperatures and Attention to Detail of the Staff of the Food on the way out, If I had a positive experience I would reflect it in my Review and depending upon how I receive my Next Order, "If and When" I return to the Marlborough Restaurant then my Review will again, 'Reflect my opinion on the next visit... "My Mothers fine but it has induced vomiting when she has bitten into Said 'Plain Hamburger' containing Sauces and Pickles... I'm not angry as People can and do make mistakes, But when it is every time I decide not too cook and we drive the 30 odd minutes to get said Food then you expect to get what you pay for not a cold face cloth and a Vomit Bowl by my Mother's Bedside...?
