★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the male worker with coloured hair. One of my friends went in grumpy as we had a long trip from all the way up north so was exhausted. She encountered in the store with swear words and rude attitude so understandable why this dude wanted to refuse service on gas to her but he wouldn’t accept her license either as he wanted her to leave the eftpos card to allow her to fill. She never had a eftpos card so she wasn’t allowed to fill her car as he wanted her to leave the card so also frustrated her. Partner went in to apologise for her behaviour and begged if she could leave her license and eftpos card so we could all fill up as it was our last destination to hokitika which was still 5 hours+. There was also school traffic so we just wanted to go. We had already done a 7 hour and half trip and the rude girl also had our 2 year old in her car so was real stressed. I am not saying it allows her to speak to people like this but reason why my partner went in civil and tried to resolve it by allowing herself to pay her part and leave her license and eftpos card while we all filled our cars.. he refused to let her put gas in all because of a little attitude but approved us to fill but why would we just to have to travel to another gas station? He lost your guys business about $500+ on gas as had a turbo skyline, Toyota vitz and Mazda atenza all to fill. Also to add on, he wasn’t even wearing a mask.
