They are either chosen well or trained well.The garage next door, who I've changed tyres and serviced my car with a few times, are your perfect local outfit. Highly recommended!

Bobby Sophia served me today. I even had my car filled for me.
I wont go anywhere else if I can help it, all due to customer service and great staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our local grab a bread or milk, frozen chips, frozen meals, lollies ice cream....hot coffee fresh food petrol and a car wash. Not a flash up to date place but we'll stocked safe and friendly. Clean toilet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too busy and quick and easy to get petrol. There was also a big workshop. It could almost be classed as a dairy with petrol and oil.
Drive in get the gas and drive out while heading out of town on Main North Road. No queues hence a quick turnaround time.
A good garage to do business with.
When they put my car through for a Warrant of Fitness and changed the breakshoes on the 24th of December xmas eve I was very impressed. Can't honestly think of a better service. The charges were very reasonable also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leaving a review here since one cannot be left for Energy Hero which is owned and operated by the Glenstar group (of which Caltex Redwood is a part of).
The prices may be good but the service is dreadful. Switched to them in November and they told me they'd return my old gas bottles to RockGas. I had a mostly full bottle which I was told I'd get a credit for upon it being returned. Energy Hero then seemingly lost both of my gas bottles and haven't been able to offer any explanation, apology, or form of compensation due to me missing out on a credit for the unused gas, so it turns out I didn't actually save any money switching. I've politely followed up monthly since December and they have simply stopped responding to emails and answering phone calls. First Julian (runs Energy Hero), and then Michael Glen (owner of Glenstar group). I was able to get in touch with Michael who told me he would sort it out but after our initial phone call I haven't been able to get back in touch with him as he is ignoring emails, phone calls, and texts. Absolutely appalling customer service and a complete unwillingness to accept responsibility and resolve the problem. The easy thing to do would have been to give me a credit for one gas bottle and the situation would have been made right.
I've switched to LPG4U. Bottom line, if you want cheap bottles and poor customer service, go for Energy Hero. Just cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong and you don't need to deal with their abysmal customer service.
