★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I have been for a proper intensive set of eye checks. Sita was really good, professionally but friendly and informative. All seemed very quick and efficient. I had a lot more than the base tests done and was in there for 30-45 mins, was expecting a massive bill but was pretty reasonable I thought, a little over $200 for everything. Will go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people and service, especially Claire, full eye health check at a reasonable cost and Bruce was very helpful in selecting frames & lenses. Couldn't be happier with my new pairs of glasses. Highly recommended worth the drive from Lower Hutt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worn lenses for 40 years and worst experience was at this outlet. Received a lens which was way different from previous prescriptions and completely wrong. They did fix the problem…but with no apology and the implication that it was my fault. Overpriced and underperforming.
