★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found my experience at Campuspecs very pleasant all round. Every person I had any contact with in the shop was always very welcoming, professional and genuine. They had a problem where my glasses were slightly late coming out of the lab due to a machine breaking down and they called me immediately to let me know, as well as an expected time of arrival (only delayed a day or two).
Would definitely go back again for another spec purchase or lenses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to more than eleven optometrist shops two days ago, but they were not able to make ready my lenses before than 2 weeks. But I needed my glasses this week. I was lucky for going to Campuspecs. They made it in 2 days! It helped me so much.

Campuspecs were really accommodating, able to fit me an examination appointment on very short notice on a public holiday and ordered a replacement in no time. Janice the Optometrist is really professional, friendly and thorough, explaining tests and results as she goes.

The optometrist is very professional and patient to help you understand your situation and develop the best solution for the customer. By the way,they offer 20% off for all students! international Students from UoA.Aut.Massey can claim insurance through them. Really simple and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow - the service from Janice was outstanding. She was able to order my usual contact lenses for me and have them delivered to my house faster and so much cheaper than my local optometrist. She is so friendly and efficient and nothing is a problem. I will always order from Campuspecs from now on. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a pleasant experience here with another lady. But the optometrist there today made me longer needing their service anymore. Due to a delay in my contact lens delivery, I visited here to order a box for immediate use. The lady insisted I require an eye examination $69 and trying to sell all sorts of eye drops and heat packs which were unnecessary. When she admitted she doesn’t have the contact lens of my prescription she then went on to trying to sell me sampled boxes of other cheap brand lenses for $30 which clearly said on the box “not for sale”. Feeling hustled and put off I left and found a better place down the road at Optics1 where it was more professional and they offered me the sampled box free of charge; as per norm.
