β β β β β very inconsiderate attitude of the nurse took my bloodtest. bare in mind im 30 weeks pregnant u cannot force a pregnant woman to drink sweet drink quickly and will not feel anything.. pregnant woman have sensitive taste especially having 10hours fasting. i vomit i do understand but i didnt vomit the whole drink and just ask me to abandoned the test just like that because its useless to carryon after i vomit . be considerate please. even taking my bloodtest is quite painful , not unlike the first time i visit no stress and the nurse is friendly... we do understand your effort and your job but u dont have to be rude to people because things happen. i clean the sugar juice i spill as well.???????

β β β β β The nurses here are amazing, so kind and professional. I had a bit of a funny turn while I was waiting on a test and the team were fantastic at taking care of me, made sure I was safe and comfortable until I felt well enough to go home.
Above and beyond, fantastic people.

β β β β β Definitely book online. I had booked for a Monday morning and there had to have been 30+ people waiting in line, but booking online meant I was there 10mins max. Mary who took my blood was a delight and very efficient.

β β β β β Donna deserves a raise. After a woman was rude to me on the phone when I was already nervous about my GTT test she was kind warm and accommodating. Awesome work guys!

β β β β β These poor folk struggling to cope with the volume of patients, as are all of the other SCL
labs in Christchurch. Hard luck if your test is urgent. Best pay and get it done at your GP by the Practice Nurse.

β β β β β One of the nurses was the rudest person iv come across, I'm in a wheelchair she spoke down to me as soon as I arrived, I left without getting a blood test, everyone has a bad day now and then don't take it out on other people, you don't know what they're going through. They were open for another 45 minutes I apologized for being late, she made it seem like I shouldnt be there, told me they might not get to me, even when I said I was happy to wait and see, she then told me 4 more times they're closing, speaking down to me the whole time, not everyone in a wheelchair is mentally challenged, disgusted!
