★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice to get blood taken. 1st time was a Saturday and had a great experience, the lady was amazing. I vowed to always go there from kow on.
Fast forward to the other week. I got blood taken again, the woman asked me to turn away (I'm not sure how me looking at the needle effects her job). She was VERY rough. No conversation at all, absolutely no bed side manor. My arm 2 days later was black and blue, I looked like a drug addict! I'll drive the extra 3km to St Georges from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO THERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This place must give negative review. Extremely unprofessional staff including phlebotomist technicians. They do not respect clients nor their job. They blame you for their laziness and unprofessionalism. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO TREATED WITH RESPECT AND GET THE JOB DONE WITHOUT HASSLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for blood tests. Sanitised hands, took number, scanned card, went to sit down but was called for tests. Took 20 odd seconds from walk in and then 6 minutes for tests. Can't do any better. Saturday morning at 11:20am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to drop a sample off discreetly. Not only was their no one behind the counter, but the very rude nurse made a scene refusing to take a clearly labelled container because I didn’t have extra paperwork, even though I told her I’d ring my doctors to get a form sent through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give no stars if possible. Was there two Saturdays ago. Extremely rude nurse at front desk, was not helpful in the slightest, all she had to do was print off my paperwork. After calling the 0800 call centre line while I was still there, was told my treatment from this nurse was unacceptable and that she should not have refused to print it off, nor tell me I had to wait in a queue of over 20 people who were there for actual tests, for it to happen. Will not be going back to this centre again. Nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.
