★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up at 3.15pm to find it closed. Checked door and it was locked. Sign was in. Hours on the door and the website say 7.30am to 4.15pm. Is this like a pub? you have no customers so you just close the doors when you want? Useless service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a blood test at Kaiapoi last Tuesday 5th Jan. The nurse used an outer arm vein which resulted in a large lump and an 85cm bruise which I still have 6 days later. I think it was an unprofessional procedure and will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1 hour 7 minutes for a blood test!!! 2 staff covering for each other for lunch breaks. Both run off their feet. More staff needed this is an absolute joke. Left without a blood test as that was my lunch break over. Ridiculous!
Was no option for ZERO STARS sadly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll admit I was hesitant to visit this facility based on the reviews, but my experience was clearly opposite the other reviewers. I did come early, around 7:50am, I was seen immediately and had my blood taken by a very competent technician, didn’t even feel the needle going in, was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
