★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience, the lady who says she own the business is very rude and argue with you on stupid stuff. I never really give bad reviews to someone but this time I had to because of her bad attitude towards me and my husband. When I asked one of her staff to give her name so that I can review they were scared to give me their name as well, why so scared when you can't provide good service to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place when the car isn't too paru. Vacuum, deodorizing and the mat machine are awesome. If you have the old moss around the window rubber, the DIY car wash brush will not get that off. The brush is very soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only use the laundromat. It's always clean and the owners are very friendly. Only suggestion to improve is to have a detergent dispenser inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow , I'm glad I'm not alone when it comes to a terrible experience with the woman that works here. I have never ever experienced anything like it before in my life. I went to wash my dog and unfortunately there was no soap coming from hose and the water pressure was so low I was unable to wash my dog. Now this is were I warn you...approach the woman with extreme caution if you are preparing to attempt to get a refund or complain about the equipment not working correctly.
I repeat extreme caution !
I am absolutely disgusted in her inability to actually hear what I was saying and just refused to acknowledge that the equipment wasn't functioning correctly because they have apparently washed 1000s of dogs with no issues.
The way she handled my complaint was so unprofessional to the point I think she was enjoying trying to argue about it. When I asked for the owners details she gave me a postit and wrote The Car Wash and gave a number to call the owner to sort getting my $20 back I called the number from my car multiple times but the number just didn't connect. I had to then confront her again to find out why the number I was given wasn't working. I asked for the owners name and she just outright refused to tell me. Even saying that the owner chooses to remain nameless ! I basically refused to leave unitl getting my money back. To which she said she would give me her personal money but thanks to me it would leave her out of pocket and really tried to make me feel like I should feel terrible about it. I said well thats on the business and you can at least get reimbursed. If I had left without that refund there was no way I'd be getting it. Even then I didn't get the full amount back. Just like to add there was not one dam apology for that whole traumatic experience which she handled so terribly. Left feeling really upset as she was very aggressive. Unfortunately there's no way to complain further as contact us page had been disabled on there website which doesn't surprise me either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably going to sell my dirt bike now cos it basically cost me $40 for trailerhire so I can wash my bike after a ride cos I need a high pressure hose to clean bike properly and bike isn't road legal and u don't want to ride it there for obvious reasons but most importantly because washing a racebike with hot engine is bad for the bike. The rude lady closed the place way early with cones, no apology when I went to see what's going on. I asked her what time they close on Saturday and it was way too early to be shutting. It costs nothing to be nice to someone especially customer s that have spent alot money at your business, come on now. Om gosh, I've calmed down alot from Las night when it happened. U spend all this money for different things and u have to put up with people like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the vending machine to get tyre shine, put the correct coins in and the selection and the machine told me to make another selection. This happened with three items I tried. After it not working I pressed cancel and car wash tokens came out instead of the coins I inserted into the machine??? I then used the tokens for the wax which dried shockingly on the paintwork, makes the car look filthy. Really dissapointed.
