There were some minor marks still on my wheels I had to wipe off snd for some reason my little car diffuser got thrown away as I searched every compartment in the car which was a bit disappointing. But over all it was a very good clean and they were very busy. Very reasonable price for what was done I thought and my car was very dirty!

They did a great job on the interior. The exterior however was a complete waste of time. This package includes a wax and polish, it either was not done or was done so poorly there was no difference. I will never use them again and do not recommend. I will now go do it myself. Very disappointed and $204 wasted.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to book online. Lots of slots available even on the weekend. Did a great job, and finished ahead of time. They were clearly extremely busy, as it was a Saturday, but the employees were still very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend espresso carwash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews of past customers I noticed there either very happy or very upset with their service. From one who has a E63 and have taken it to nearly all car detailing companies in Palmerston North these guys are the best for value. They do my cars every two weeks and yes on days they miss spots but on all again it's a better service I have had from others.

Unfortunately it will be the last time I use this service .
A Deluxe / supreme clean / hand wax service for $114 was so badly done that I felt compelled to complain about many areas of doubt .
Smudging , water marks ( which he tried to tell me it was rain marks !!!!) waxy coated surfaces INSIDE the car .my hands slipped on the steering wheel , very dangerous .
Pointing out the many problem areas on my car
and watching another person cleaning another car I noted one cloth being used on several surfaces . When I mentioned this the operator brushed over my remark .
Clearly an apology would have been acceptable and an offer to redo car at my convenience . Instead the operator asked if I could leave the car again ……. The super clean / wax took 3 hours initially , interesting that no one mentioned you need to pay the parking fee to actually get out of the building after paying $114 . Space and time does not allow me to say more other than this is one of the worst car services I’ve ever had . I will not return and I will actively tell others of my experience .
