We love Carl's Jr because sometimes we want a change from the same old Macs. They offer quite unique burgers, drinks and snacks that similar to the products in the US. The service was always great.

I bought burger May be on Saturday or Sunday. I placed online order as well as in store people there I think didn’t got proper training or they don’t give attention to any people in store. I was standing there from last 5 minutes Ravika told me system is busy cuz another system was literally off then she went and ask me to wait as there was another person on the other system but then she left but the white lady there she just ignored me and didn’t took my order I called her still she ignored and then the white tall guy came who was very very nice he took order and even came out to serve me. This happened to me twice I guess people there literally don’t care about customers. I am not going to come again if people ignores who will take the order?? Is this your service. You guys don’t ask to the customers standing outside for giving order or taking food. I was the only standing there feels like all ignoring and you guys don’t wanna sell anything. Bad Service with regular customers.

I live less than 3mins walk away from Carls Jr and my daughter was big fan of chicken tender, milk shake and cut fries with bits of ham toppings. Yesterday, my family ended up eating in the shop after an afternoon walk in the neighborhood. It was the most horrible experience we ever had…we ordered a different set of meals and one of which was a double beef burger. After sometime of waiting, they took the food in our table. We open the box 1 by 1 and noticed that they gave us a wrong burger. So i approached the counter and told them that they gave me a wrong burger. Told them that none of us order a double chicken burger. The young gentleman took the burger back and gave it to the young lady whose running the order. After few minutes, the young lady approached our table giving us another pouch and told us that its the right burger. I then opened the pouch and the box and to my surprised they gave me again another chicken burger. I walked to the counter and told them again that its not my order. I highlighted my order loud enough for the people at the counter to hear that its “double beef patty burger” i went back to my seat and a few minutes later another young man approach us and handed the pouch to me…again, the young playful crew handed me a juicy burger with cheese melts on top of it but the problem was…its not a “double cheese burger” for the fourth time, they gave me the right burger wrap and not in the box. When i opened it, the patties were dried and over cooked, its obvious that its not fresh cos the cheese were not even melted. It sits firmly right on top like a zombie.This time around, i called the attention of the staff and asked if their manager was around to talk. The young “general manager - as per position in his badge” approach me and asked me what the trouble was…told him what did your staff had told you? He said its just a miscommunication. I was out of my patience and was so angry ? to be approached without even saying sorry for the “miscommunication” statement. Told him, if it happened once i can accept that its a miscommunication, but it happened repeatedly after highlighting to them that they keep giving me the wrong burger…don’t think its still a miscommunication at all. I asked him if he trained the staff that works with him, he straightforwardly told me “NO” i dont trained them. As GM, Told him, aren’t you supposed to be training them? As far as i know, the manager in the fast food should be always standing in front to check if they handed out the items correctly and to make sure that the operations in the shop runs smoothly. But, this young GM is acting like an idiot flashing his Gm position but acts as front of the house staff who doesnt even know how to handle a very simple complain. Told him that isn’t it that all orders will appear in the kitchen screen before the staff started making it? He said yes, then why the wrong burger? He said, the staff put the wrong order. Hmmm, i said, can you show me my receipt? He reprinted my receipt and true enough the GM is bluffing in front of me. The receipts captured the right order. There was no chicken burger being ordered and its not true that they kitchen staff made mistake by making it cos all along its “beef burger”. The dont know anything GM just stand next to our table wandering what to do next…ask him what do u want us to do now? Bcos of this my family had lost the appetite to eat, the foods are getting cold and the inconvenience?! Showed him the last burger…He said, thats the correct burger that u order. I said, this one? Look at the patty its over cooked, its dry and its not fresh. He argued saying, but thats the correct burger…wanted to slam it to his face but im controlling myself. He then offered a refund, since some of the foods are touched by my family, told him the i want a refund for the “burger only” thats it. But, the way this unprofessional, untrained GM acted, he does not fit to hold that GM position. Carls Jr should re-evaluate his performance again.

Tonight I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats with my family for the third time now. The first time they forgot my entire combo, fries and add ons. The second they forgot my combo as well as another fries. Now tonight we ordered missing two fries and bacon in the burger. Luckily at least this time I received a burger and drink, but, it is not good enough to continually forget costumers food, which we paid for. Each time I have ordered from here I have been left disappointed and hungry. The menu offers a good variety and the food is alright, nothing outstanding, so it is a shame. Now we have most definitely learnt our lesson, will not be ordering again. :/

Amazing food. My favourite place to go and the shakes there are incredible. I’ve never met better staff, they are so friendly and go beyond what I would expect for their customers. Particularly, Beran, he is super great, a valuable asset to that team, such a legend!!

Burgers were great! You lose three stars for shorting us a burger (take out order, guess I need to go back to pulling everything out of the bags at fast food joints before leaving again, forgot about that pasttime). $10.50 value missing from our order. I'll put up with a lot, but not my money being taken and product not provided in exchange. When we realised - we decided it wasn't worth going all the way back. Served by "Restaurant General Manager" whom I'd expect to execute with the precision he expects from his staff. It wasn't particularly busy at this time.

second time this has happened. both cali classic burgers without lettuce, sauce, burnt patties, clearly rushed. lol one job

I sat waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes with 3 cars in front and no one moving. All I wanted was a $4.50 sundae that when I got it was watery and not very enticing to eat in a tumbler that was smaller than a kids sippy cup..At least McD sundaes have substance..This was so disappointing as a sundae is the only monthly treat to myself and I passed Carl's Jnr instead of going to my normal..not gonna do that again
