β β β β β We arrived at the restaurant for dinner around 7pm tonight, the waitress not only didn't welcome us, but made a strange impatient sound, then we tried to sit down, but nobody paid any attention for a long time!!
After a long while, we finally chose to leave, but still no one cares!!!??????

β β β β β Food was great! Absolutely loved the pork belly and papaya salad and the ceviche! However, the service was honestly appalling. There was one waitress there while we were there for lunch and we were the only people in the whole restaurant. I personally work in hospitality myself and the service the waitress provided was far from great. She seemed like she did not want to be there at all, we did not feel welcomed, and her attitude was honestly disgusting! Big fish has amazing food and always has so this is a bummer about the service as service compliments the food. Unfortunately wonβt be returning due to this, instead I will be returning to Penrose Big Fish.

β β β β β Food was delicious and the service was very good. They had big portions too and they have great options on the kids menu. My 4 year old ate all the veggies because they were so tasty!

β β β β β Busy place. Great food in an Asian style. Make sure you book a table or phone your take away order through. Busy and definitely popular food a reason.
There are also outside tables available if you'd prefer to enjoy the outside atmosphere.

β β β β β Ordered again because we had a really good experience on our first time. This time pad thai was really good bit the fried rice was too bad.. was so sticky tasting like some cream was added. No way near to what we were served the first time.

β β β β β This place is stunning. I dropped in and ordered a Pad Thai chicken and a green curry with prawns (extra$5). Both of them were on my table, ready to eat in 5 mins. The combination of ingredients in the green curry was amazing. They donβt just chuck all cheap veggies in it. Instead, the carefully choose what to put in, for example, beans, mushrooms, capsicums, tofu.
Itβs a difficult time but they have maintained a golden standard. Strongly recommended.

β β β β β Valentines night came out perfect with roses on each table. The food is amazingly delicious. Just look at their reviews. Lots of parking and pet / dog friendly. The staff are very friendly too. Good size serves too. You gota try it.
