We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Our office is open most times during the day, with a self-service option available when the office is unstaffed and Eft-pos is available. The gates are locked at about dusk but if you are arriving later let us know so we can open for you (063766340 or 0210554001).
The river is a 7 to 8-minute walk from the park and has a good swimming hole. While the town pools are nearby if you prefer pool swimming.
There are grass-area powered sites set among large shady trees for those who prefer a more natural setting during their stay.
The children’s playground is simple, but being inside the park grounds provides a safe environment where parents can relax and let the children go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful spot! Large, well kept grounds with bush walks right next door. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Really reasonable rates. Perfect place for families to meet. We'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carnival park is a very nice queit relaxing place it is very well set up with good showers and kitchen area plus a nice tv room.. there is good shade from the sun if you pick the rite spot it also has a small bushwalk and a gpod play park like area for kids.. would be perfect for large motorhomes as tnere is huge amount of room.. staff are very helpful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well laid out parkland surrounded by mature trees giving ample shelter from sun and wind. Beautifully clean facilities and at $27 for 2 people and our dog on a powered site it has been the cheapest but the best campground we have stayed. R

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stoped in for a shower. We had been hiking and needed a wash. The owner was great to talk to and for a small fee was happy to let us use the showers. A great looking place to stay. Now we're planning to come and stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely clean, tidy, well maintained spot plenty of trees for shade and shelter. Friendly man we dealt with. Plenty of space. Only a minor criticism is that the showers (which are clean free and hot) need a small shelf to put my toilet bag on. Will stay there again when down that way.
