★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad unprofessional behavior towards me the costumer, poor technical knowledge of products they sell especially tiles. No assistance to resolve problems post installation just excuses and blame towards the customer. Not impressed and strongly don't recommend. Our complaint to the store has been ignored and remains unresolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 8 quotes from different places and Carpet Court were the only ones that followed up( they weren't the cheapest but no hidden costs). Abigail was lovely down to earth and listened to what I wanted including organising van and a man to help move our furniture (which I thought were very good). The carpet layer was very good and accommodating. Abigail phoned before and after to see how it all went so I cannot fault the process I went through . I had a very good experience, so Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had carpet court come and do new carpet and vinyl in our 3 bedroom home, from start to finish it was a brilliant experience, from the chap who came around to do the free measure and quote and helped us pick the right colours and quality within our budget down to the awesome guy that came and did it all in a day and a half! Nothing was a problem, quick professional friendly service! Would totally recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

Fast efficient service. They had the carpet on hand. From our first inquiry to the finished carpet / vinyl laying throughout the whole house, was less than two weeks. The vinyl went down first and then one man worked alone on the carpet and had the job done in two days.
One thing to be aware of ... Carpet Court asked that we remove all doors, uplift the toilets, remove dishwasher and oven and floor level heat pump. So that involved bringing in a plumber and electrician. Luckily that didn't cause a delay.
Once the nice new thick carpet was down, the internal doors wouldn't close. So Carpet Court gave us the name of a carpenter who came to our house and trimmed up the bottom of the doors. $45 for the first door and then $20 for each door after that.
Now we will get the left over carpet pieces bound along the edges so they can be used as mats. Carpet Court recommended a person for that too. $8 per metre for the binding.
All up, very satisfied with the end result.
