From booking to completion of the job I experienced excellent results from a very professional company.

β β β β β Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Website was clear & informative, the office communications prompt and straight-forward as was booking in the job. The assessor and technician both were very easy to deal with, arrived before the scheduled time but were in touch with me prior to check this was ok. I was able to track exactly when they would arrive which was handy. They wore masks and were professional and did a great job and had initiative. I wish that every organisation was as well-managed and easy to deal with - if everyone provided such excellent service it would make such a difference. Thanks very much.

β β β β β These guys are great. Did a great job with a difficult stain. After workign through some less invasive cleaning options, ended up having to do a cut, patch and repair. The repair was excellent - hardly noticeable and very well done.

the lady did not try and sell me anything, except gave me honest advise plain and simple.
this is a trustworthy and honest company and i will definitely use them in the future

Right from the start their communication was great, their quote was competitive, they guys who repaired the carpet were very friendly and professional and they did a superb job. Our carpet had lots of bumps and ridges which have now all been smoothed out and look almost like new! Thanks so much.

β β β β β Have used Carpet Repairs previously so knew exactly where to go when I needed a carpet stretched. Company called to ask if appointment could be bought forward. That didn't work as well as it could have due to traffic but wasn't a major. A technician who is doing an apprenticeship did an amazing job. Very nice pleasant respectful person who did an amazing job. Perfection achieved within quoted price. Very very happy with result. Please ensure Saynt is aware of this review. I give him and Carpet Repairs top marks. Would recommend to others and use again without hesitation.

β β β β β Like magic, they were able to fix an iron burn on the carpet floor. The result is seamless like nothing had ever happened. My enquiries were dealt with very promptly with clear concise communication. The consultant phoned me just to make sure nothing was misunderstood through our email correspondence. The technician arrived exactly at the agreed time and repair was completed in about an hour or less.
