β β β β β Thank you Nigel, Mags and Team. We had new carpet and vinyl installed in our Rental property. Awesome service from start to finish. Very sharp pricing and they organised the whole install process which made it super easy. Quality carpet and vinyl at affordable prices.
Highly recommend John Jarvis Carpets. Even thinking of getting our own house re-carpeted and if we do, we will definitely use John Jarvis Carpets again. Thanks

β β β β β The first of their contractors laid the vinyl crooked, & damaged my walls with dents & dirty marks (had to re-paint), & left their rubbish behind. After complaining & reminding Nigel that I was still waiting for the vinyl to be re-laid straight, it still took about six months to be done properly, after reminding them I was still waiting. At least the second contractor laid it straight, but they still left mess behind, & stains on my old carpet, & didn't put the flooring bar in properly so nails stuck out, which I got my plumber to put back in for me.
After all the hassles, including getting my washing machine moved twice, I still had to ask twice for a discount (a mezley $50 off). To top it off, they couldn't even send a proper invoice with the correct dates!

β β β β β Really stoked with the job. Both installers, Keegan for the carpet and Bobby for the LVT, were great to deal with and did an excellent job. The whole experience weβve had in dealing with John Jarvis has been stress free and nothing has been a problem. The communication has been fabulous and the total cost was excellent as well when compared to other quotes we had.
Wanted to provide this feedback as we are extremely pleased with the job and will definitely be recommending John Jarvis to friends and family.
