★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had buying a car. Had issues from the very start. Flat battery. Called over 5 times to sought out. When they finally did fix it , they put the wrong battery and the new alternator they installed had a lose belt and the oil feed line on the back and oil was draining all over my driveway. I had to fix myself because I couldn't trust them to do it. When I took it for its first warrant 6 months later the brake cylinders where completely shot along with many other issues for a warrant it cost me over $2,000 . When I contacted cars to go they completely ignored me and wouldn't ring me back. Their excuse was that they don't have my phone number, even though they called me previous times. Extremely insulting to think I actually believe that. The worst customer service I've ever had. Their best advice they could give me was to take them to court. If you buy a car off them be prepared to go to court if you have issues.
