★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well first and foremost I would give a big thank you to the team at the Otahuhu branch for the great customer service that was provided, me and my sister came in looking for a lounge suite, dining table package and 2 single bed package with a budget and you guys did an awesome job nailing it with ease with a discount and small gift also,no one likes paper work when it comes to financing but I was so surprised how fast it was, stress free and easy as, I highly recommend Casa Beds and Appliances Otahuhu for all your home needs, keep up the great customer service you lot deliver.

I give you 100% stars. GOD BLESS...i hope i will order more from you. I recomended everybody, Pallavi is the answer, very friendlly and respectfully. Heaps of stuffs to choose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not buy anything from this place unless you are able to pick it up from the shop. I would not recommend them delivering it to your house, as they damaged my purchases in the first delivery, and in the second delivery they damaged my wall. The company they hire for delivery is very unprofessional, rude and aggressive to especially female. When trying to sort it out be having them fix the damage they definitely are not aware of politeness or customer service in any shape or form.

Unfortunately it got to the point where I had to contact the freight company directly to get answers, then again a trail of lies followed. They refused to take my calls or sort the matter so I had to go further. Think before purchasing from these guys
