★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a massage on grabone. Emailed, text, called and left messages.... didn’t hear from anyone for a week, so went and got a massage somewhere else.
When I finally did hear from someone it was just terrible communication, I told them I had messaged a week ago and no response.... and I get a text telling me not to message them again! ..... currently contacting grabone for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a voucher off grab one for 60 minute massage. I jumped on website once I have brought it only to see different terms than what is stated on the voucher! See photos below! If I buy a voucher I expect to be able to use it during the hours stated on the grab one’s terms and conditions not to then read that I will be rescheduled to fit in regular clients! I have limited times I can come and working in the same industry I don’t have time to be mucked around and rescheduled! If you choose to use grab one you cannot make these vouchers a lesser priority as people are still paying for you services. This is your choice to offer a discounted service. I will be putting in a complaint to grab one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a grab one voucher as a gift and booked in over the phone over the new year. I then got a text asking to reschedule on two seperate occasions over text with no reason as to why. When my appointment finally came, I unfortunately got stuck at work and text to let her know as she reminded me, which I felt terrible for. We then rebooked for the next week, which she proceeded to reschedule over text AGAIN. I called her to ask if it was possible for a refund due to the constant rescheduling and Lois (who I assume is the owner) yelled at me over the phone and refused to appreciate the she rescheduled my booking three times. I would NOT recommend coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a voucher as a Christmas gift from Grab One for a massage . It expired in On Feb 28 2022. With all that had been going on with Covid I did not get into trying to book until today. I was met with no flexibility on this expiry date from the woman.
She point blank refused to honour the voucher ( money already paid).
This is not good for her business as I could easily have become a regular. More fool her ?
