About Krishna Food Kelburn
From humble beginnings to hundreds of grumbling bellies.
Starting from the simple intention of reaching Victoria University’s hungry students, Krishna Food astonishingly enough used to be just a small outdoor table on campus serving our classic Krishna Plate.
Fast Forward over 15 years from our humble beginnings in 2005, we would have never guessed that we would have our own cafe on Kelburn Campus serving out hundreds of plates to hundreds of students daily. Having expanded our delicious menu, friendly staff, locations and deliveries, we now have the amazing opportunity to continue our goal of filling the grumbling bellies of Wellington with tasty affordable plant-based food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a few bugs in my food and something that felt and looked like plastic, usually an ok place because it's cheap food but that's the last time I'll go there.
Edit: I noticed the owner tried to discredit my review by asking when I ate their food, insinuating that my review isn't valid because I posted it on a day that they aren't open.
Perhaps I have time on the weekend to review your shop and that's when I decided to post my review. It just goes to show how much they actually care.

The staff are very nice, and one even remembered me from a previous cooking class I had met them in a month earlier. Great conveniently placed vegan food, amazing to be able to scoff a scoop of hot chips in between lectures.
