★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience today with the blonde young girl getting rude about my comment that I had to explain what service I needed for the 3rd time after she took over from her colleague and I had been to a different post shop already. I wonder if it was because of my accent? Anyway left me feeling discriminated and treated disrespectfully. Very disappointing.

But on this day Mrs. Claudia helped me so much, with my parcel, she was super friendly and has had a lot patience to help me through the whole process. Now I know how to send, at the end it was very easy if you know how. But it’s always a pleasure if you have great and friendly employees in your company.
