★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to enjoy shopping at TS Northlands and have done so for many years. However my experience last Thursday was unpleasant to say the least. The lady the I think her name was Sharon was always pleasant and helpful. Bring items to try and offering assistance.. The woman last week could no even raise a smile and had the personality of a wet fish. The changing rooms were uncleaned (It was 9.30) there were bits cotton etc on the floors. When told this she said that she would just have to get the vacuum out. This could be done before opening. I do not think I will be returning to this particular TS store any time soon.
