β β β β β Had heard about this place a million times and seen it even more as its on my way to work. Saw a piece on this on the Chasing a Plate Youtube channel and thought gosh I need to give this place a go. Went there yesterday for the fist time for coffee and a plain croissant. I always judge bakeries by the most basic baked good - Plain Croissant. It wasn't the best I've had but pretty close . The coffee was 10/10 - Strong and very yummy - Not sure what blend they use Safe to say I will surely be back and this is my new weekend coffee spot.

β β β β β Great coffee served by awake, friendly staff. Deli is well stocked, cafe food next level. Feast your eyes till you decide what to have with that coffee. Just wish I lived closer .

β β β β β Amaaaazing little deli with a good choice of European goods and hard-to-find cheese varieties. I especially love their ham rolls. I have a strong suspicion they are adding drugs in those β there is no other plausible explanation of why those are so good and so addictive.
They make great coffee, too!

β β β β β When I used to live in Mt Eden we used to eat at Cazador & loved every meal so was definitely keen to try the deli. The pies were delish & meaty. The pastrami toastie was incredible. Definitely gonna be back for the capicola sandwich.

β β β β β Forget every other pie. This place makes pies. Mini salmon baps and ham and cheese baps are amazing. Toasted sandwiches, croissants and coffee also great. Served with a smile, always pleasant to get food here for the food first, but also the lovely service. If you have a go-to bakery/cafe for breakfast/ brunch, perhaps try this one next, never disappoints.

β β β β β Best pies we've had in a long time, definitely real butter in the pastry. The mince pie was more like a lasagna pie and was absolutely spot on. So good. The Wagyu beef pie was great, the filling was salty on its own but perfect with the pastry. Will come back for another treat.
