β β β β β Refurbished store looks very tidy and clean.small selection but good quality. They make their murukhu just the way I like it - fresh and not burnt. My dad and I buy like 2-3 large bags every time!

β β β β β I bought $86 worth of food and sweets from Auckland Indian Sweets Mt Roskill on Friday. I. Bought a lot if things and as they were different sweets and not enough to be in the boxes the staff packed in various white packets. The food was the two containers. All together it was two large containers of food and ten packets of sweets and two small containers of chutney plus one container of chumchum . After i paid i asked the lady to put them in a bag and she said To me that one bag is 50 cents. I said that i just paid with EFTPOS and she could have asked me if i wanted a bag as they sell bags as she saw me paying with a card and that i have no Cash on me . I said that it will cost me $2 more on transection fees now for the 50 cent bag but i really need the bag. The lady was really adamant that i pay for the paper bag and i had to use my EPTPOs card again to pay for the 50 cents bag . In the end the bag cost me $2.50 including my bank transection fees. I was so upset that i spent $86 here to Buy food and sweets and they couldn't give me a bag. It was appalling and shocking. My suggesting to people is that they must take a bag with them

To Auckland Indian sweets. I was shocked by the service i received . Im not going back here in a hurry and i was a regular customer here.

β β β β β Good food. i usually get lunch from them but the lady serving me today was very rude and did not want to stop raising her voice at me. Making me feel very uncomfortable. There were 2 other customer who was telling her to stop and even speaking in indian to get through to her but she wouldnt stop. The lady customer said that we should just go and not get any food from that shop. What a waste.

β β β β β Terrible service. When I asked about the extra weight of container she was charging me for the sales girl got snappy. I told her it was my money and I had a right to know. The weighing machine showed the extra weight so I asked paper bag instead for the 2 pieces. She started yelling I was wasting her time and called me a B. Management please train your staff how to speak. Perhaps overworked.

β β β β β Loved their Indian sweets and snacks. I only had bad experience with their paneer curry going sour by the time I warm it up. I called the owner and he had it replaced the next time. However I had the same issue the second time too. :( I still continue to visit for the snacks and sweets. The lady serving is friendly.

β β β β β Slow and incompetent staff. Regular customer previously. Food seems stale. They are not filling up and refreshing somehow. Strange because you are a running a food place. Seems so eerie Also Indian sweets is extremely expensive. Jelebi was so stale and expensive. Have no idea why you can't serve boxes. Lost 3 valuable customers. There's no quality even in presentation of food. All the best
