★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always professional, loving and caring. Have tried other high-end day cares and hotels however nothing comes close to Central Bark. Have cared for my dog for 8 months now, 3 times per week and has stayed for about 2 weeks in the hotel, he loves it there and I wouldn't feel comfortable having him stay anywhere else now.

Great location with parking.
Great premises, super clean and boutique like. It doesn’t feel like a dog factory like other day care centres.
Great service & feedback from the staff, they are so caring.
Our babies Raven & Phoenix are loving their weekly stay and so are we !
We definitely recommend Central Bark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment Central Bark opened it was clear that at the core of everything they do is a shared love of animals and their well being. My little dog was quite nervous for her first 6 sessions and the team at Central Bark really worked with her to make her more confident. Now she can't wait to get there and runs through the front door and straight up the ramp to get to her friends. I have also found her behaviour outside Central Bark has changed and she is more confident and happy all round. Thank you team Central Bark for making Miss P so happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Puppy here for her haircut last week and it was the best she's had yet, we will definitely become regulars here. They asked me exactly how I wanted her to look, and they made sure that she had the best experience ever. Being a puppy she's very social and active but she came out looking absolutely amazing and I couldn't have wished for a better job. Amazing team and fabulous groomers in a wonderful space with plenty of parking for a quick dash in and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a Cavoodle puppy and had our puppy’s first full groom here but we were so disappointed that the groomer didn’t have any skills for grooming. Sorry to say that but true.. and no manners.. The groomer made our puppy like an old dog and cut hair too much and called Summer cut. It was naked cut to me as we could literally see our puppy’s pink skin EXCPET his head which looked totally unbalanced! We made a phone call and came back again to tidy up as we had to make a payment before checking his haircut so kinda it made us in hurry. However, we came back and the groomer was so rude. She just kept saying ‘so do you want more cut or not?’. It was worst service.. so I really don’t recommend here for grooming. I can cut better than that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can happily leave your fur babies at Central Bark without worrying about anything. Their service is exceptional and are always welcoming. They are under a new management now but the quality of service is unchanged, just new faces. There is no more half day service so cannot by any packages for half day daycare. My dog always get excited to go there. Sure is his second home.
They have cover parking with a door through to drop off your fur babies.
Reception is always very helpful, ring them for any other info

I can’t recommend you all enough; Basil adores his games and walks and most of all seeing all his furry companions & angel Aunties. Thank you for making this his all time favourite place. The love and attention you shower our wee man in, especially at the beginning when he was a little unsure, was reassuring and helped us get through the anxiety of leaving him for the first time.
