β β β β β We tried Pets In The City Mt Wellington for the first time while my wife was in labor and honestly we can't even begin to explain how amazing, professional, friendly and accommodating they are.
We had to make many changes to booking dates on short notice which was no issues at all, they took care of our dog Lexi really well and kept communication with us about how she is going.
Olivia the new owner, you and your Team are amazing and you all should be very proud of how you operate your business.
We will definitely bring Lexi back for day and future long term stays.
You are all much appreciated by my little family and our fur baby Lexi.

β β β β β If you are looking for an awesome, safe place to leave your fur baby while you work etc. I cannot recommend PITC Mt Wellington high enough!
Everyone here is absolutely amazing, the entire team and the owners. My dog comes home so happy and tired but he gets really excited when he knows he is going to doggy daycare and very sad when its a day at home instead lol
Thank you to all of the PITC team for looking after our fur babies, for keeping them entertained, keeping them safe and helping us with any issues or concerns we may have about our pets at anytime.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and I genuinely mean that, we are extremely pedantic who we leave our fur baby with so we recommend these guys in a heart beat to anyone who asks (or doesn't haha)

β β β β β This is such as awesome place to take your fur-babies, itβs a clean place to take them, and the staff are so amazing and friendly , and really care about the fur-babies like they were their own!. You can leave your dog/cat there and go to work with no worries. My daughter has been taking her dog there for a long time now, and they post the most amazing looking photos of your fur-baby on their Facebook page. I have got some amazing photos of my grand fur-baby Rustle, all because of the amazing team at the Mt Wellington. I know during lockdown Rustle was down because he couldnβt go and see his friends at doggy day care we call it. When he was able to go backβ¦.boy you should of seen his reaction . He is always so happy when my daughter picks him up. A true testament to the amazing team at Mt Wellington Pets in the city. Definitely worth the 5 stars!!!

β β β β β My Golden Retriever Obi has been coming for daycare here since he was 5 Months old, he absolutely loves coming and when he sees the door nearly pulls our arm off to get inside and see all his friends. The staff are wonderful, fun, kind and caring. Even though Obiβs biggest passion is to dig, he always comes home clean (thank you so much for that ?). We love your flexibility of hours and just how much you care about the dogs and how you are always so lovely to us as well. Thank you ?β€οΈ

β β β β β Our German Shepherd Zumas first day today and had a first day report. Made new friends even tho he was scared.But will take time to get use to the lovely place. Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of Zuma and make him feel welcome on his first day. Appreciate the work you guys are doing with all these lovely dogs and puppies. Great service, good communication and well recommended. We will know zuma will make more friend and enjoy it day by day. Thank you so much β€οΈ
