★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an unstable ankle due to a past injury and recently ruptured another ligament in it a few weeks ago, the physio has been great and my ankle now feels stronger and less prone to rolling than before the injury (especially with the long term treatment plan I have been given). I have been to other physios for other sports injuries and this is the best I have found in Wellington

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished post accident physio for whiplash and back pain. Great improvement thanks to Paul and excellent advise to continue to improve.
But I have to give a special shout out to the receptionist, who has been by far the most welcoming and pleasant person ever... especially for someone with ADHD like me who can get forgetful and regularly has to postpone or change appointments. But she not once made me feel like an annoyance, and I wish I knew her name...
Just checked the team on the website and sadly she's not one there - please give her a mention, she deserves it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit to Paul was for a calf foot injury i've been struggling with for a couple months. In just 4 sessions, my calf was so much better and my foot pain was greatly relieved due to Paul's excellent advice, stretching routines and treatment on my calf.
This is a superb physio centre where the patient is always put first. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone in need of physio treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Central City Physio for 6 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m an athlete who has played team sports at high levels so it’s safe to say I have tried my fair share of Physio’s. This is by far the best; I have been working with Paul who has gone out of his way on a number of occasions to do extra research and study into my injuries that aren’t so clear cut and does everything he can to get to the bottom of them. He is so experienced and his knowledge in the job is exceptional. The receptionist can’t go without a shoutout too because she makes the whole experience so friendly and welcoming from the moment you enter the clinic, she is absolutely wonderful.
Thanks to the team, you guys are amazing!

The progress I made in 2 sessions was beyond my expectations and greatly improved my quality of life. I am confident I will be able to continue my rehabilitation at home (I am only visitting wellington) with the stretches and exercises Jen has equipped me with. I would highly recommend Central City Physio.

Nick has helped me and some of my friends / Family with issues we have and it is great to have someone who is so good at what he does. He also has a great bit of chat on him.
