★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to stay in Tauranga an extra day as he could not do the work at the agreed time. Twice told us it would cost about $2,000 to replace our old water heater, then charged us over $3,100 once the work had been completed. Had to return to get water leaks from both the water heater inlet and outlet pipes fixed. Then one of the "fixed" connectors sprang a leak - according to Mico, sealant should never have been used on that connector!
