Guy was supremely unhelpful, refused to assist and said he “was on his own.” There were no other customers at the station at the time and lo and behold five minutes later a second staff member turned up. I was stuck on the side of the road for 40 minutes. Thanks for nothing, pal. Do not recommend you visit if you want more than a chocolate bar.
