We would like to welcome you to Central Health Clinic and are excited to introduce you to the wonderful world of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Using these highly beneficial treatments as our basis, we can also offer therapeutic massage, skin treatments, beauty therapy and provide help with weight loss. Acupuncture and TCM have a positive effect on almost any health problem, however you don't have to have a disease in order to get treatment. They are great for disease prevention and the promotion of health, wellbeing and longevity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed with the service provided, in spite of the effort. I made an appointment and had a GrabOne voucher for a 60 min Tuina Massage and Acupuncture that was purchased for me. While making my booking over the phone I specified that I was more interested in Massage than Acupuncture. The reply was that we could talk about that at the Clinic. When I arrived I mentioned again on the form that I was interested in Massage (+ Acupuncture) for Relaxation (and hand). The session only lasted 40 min and was primarily concentrated on electro-acupuncture on my hand through two needles (and some finger pulling and wrist massage). I was then "given" some natural herb plasters and an ointment, and charged $35. Quite disappointed with the service provided and would not recommend.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Absolutely shocking experience. I would suggest people be very aware.
I booked 1 hr appt. Wrote on form my 2 concerns. He started on my second concern even though I said the first one was the major one. I spent 30 mins with 2 needles in my shoulder for a tight muscle. He left the room. A tight muscle can be massaged to loosen it within minutes. I have that regularly. The next 20 minutes was a one had massage on same spot. No massage oil. It was one hand because he was scrolling on his phone with the other hand. When he got too distracted on the phone the prodding would stop. After 50 minutes he wanted to do a back adjustment. I said no and that I wanted my first concern address. He spent 3 minutes on it. I was out in 55 minutes with nothing that a 5 minute should rub could do.
It seems he is not part of a wider organisation.
I was alone on a Saturday and felt very uncomfortable so did not address it.
I raised this with GrabOne. And he lies in his reply.
Shocking experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They improved my neck/shoulder noticeably in two sessions. I have tried many options over the years, but this is what seems to work best for me.
This is not a warm and cuddly session. It's bare and straight to the point.
This is where I will go if my neck/shoulder pain returns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Central Health Clinic from Grabone, was at the time trying to find a place to fix my back injury which happened over a year ago. I had seen quite many clinics, you name it in town, but never was able to get my back totally fixed - the remaining 20% was just so hard to get it away and I lost confidence from time to time.
This clinic - it is definitely not the best appealing place, I agree with some of the reviewers. But this is not what I went to this clinic for.
The clinician - David is not a talkative person, but very professional
The treatments - I found my back starting to become better after 3 -4 sessions, which I have not experienced before.
The session - it is about a couple of needles, bone adjustments and clinical massage. But you will be surprised how much these treatments can help your body, a typical 40-50minute session is well enough. Like all other treatments, things are not going to get better until a treatment period, typically 5-10 sessions.
This clinic is not about selling massage service as some are after, it is a clinic good at treating body pains, injuries or other health issues.
I have no hesitation to recommend it to you if you are after a genuine traditional Chinese clinic to help you improve your health condition.
