★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a ducted heat pump installed in my 4bd home last week. Drakkar and Navneet did an awesome job of planning the install, selecting good vent locations and keeping me up to date every step of the way.
The installation quality is exceptional, they really take pride in making sure the install looks tidy and will last.
Quote was accurate and the system works well, cools the whole house right down in under 20mins. Would recommend Chillmax to anyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ happy with product, happy with time of installation, but a couple of minor issues with fitment. a couple of repairs needed to ceiling. 1x drill hole where they thought vent would go but couldn't, and damage on side on extraction vent. both weren't mentioned until we pointed out. Nothing mentioned about being repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician was friendly and professional however the pricing was much higher than expected and a breakdown of price couldn't be provided.
Had a heat pump serviced, technician was here for less than 2 hours and we were charged just over $500.00. I queried the invoice and we were accidentally charged 4.5 hours of labour due to a GPS issue and given some credit which we put towards the next job needed.
The technician came back as heat pump was still smelly and seeping black liquid, was advised on the phone the heat pump needs a strip clean and quoted for 5 hours worth of work but the technician was here no more than 2 hours again but we were charged still for the 5 hours.
Queried the invoice once again and the person on the phone stated he is unsure how he calculated the quote and charged for the 2 hours plus the credit we had.
All up for this heat pump service it came to just under $750! Extremely expensive for just under 4 hours worth of work.
We won't be using this company again.
