We have a grandchild with lots of rare medical issues, including an aversion to the noises emitted from wall mounted heat pumps .
Chilltech, happily bought around a trail floor mounted unit to our house as well as ducted ceiling units to trial at our daughters house, until the right fit was found. They were professional to the en'th degree. They showed compassion and understanding for the situation that we were facing and applied lots of thought and solutions finding to the problem.
We are more than happy to recommend them.
