★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After chimney sweep, when starting the next fire I found that the air pipe was removed without being reinstalled, there was a large gaping hole on the baffle (it wasn't there previously), and $15 added to the invoice; and we were not informed about any of these at all. When queried and called, he insisted that the hole was already there (it wasn't), that he needed the hole to sweep the chimney because the baffle was not removable (it can be easily removed and previous chimney sweepers have removed it when sweeping without issues), and hung up on me. When I tried calling again, he refused to answer. Very unprofessional conduct. I totally do not recommend.
