We got him do clean our daughters open fire in Mt Eden as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask if he could replace top on chimney. Went to site and then no response. Job wasn't done and no calls to inform why or when it would be done. Tried calling and left messages. Still no response. Finally managed to get hold of him and he said he'll do it this Saturday. Tenant just called and said it's not done. Again no communication from this guy.
